These Terms govern your use of AQUA, a coaching-management tool delivered through Telegram and the web. By using AQUA you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
AQUA helps swim and sports instructors manage students, classes, attendance, invoices and reminders. We provide the service "as is" and may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Telegram access secure. You must provide accurate information and use AQUA only for lawful purposes.
3. Your data and your clients' data
- You retain ownership of the student, class and payment data you enter.
- You confirm you have the right to store any personal data of students or parents that you add, and to send them reminders through AQUA.
- How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Payments
AQUA helps you generate invoices and payment links (for example PayNow QR codes). Payments are made directly between you and your clients. AQUA is not a payment processor and is not a party to those transactions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the system, and no use that violates Telegram's own terms.
6. Availability
We aim to keep AQUA available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance or to protect the service.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AQUA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or revenue arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using AQUA at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through AQUA or by the contact details you provided.
